Triangle Sealcoating is a trade name of Coastal Coatings Group LLC. The business is run by its owner, who lives in Raleigh.
The work itself is done by local independent contractors who pave, repair and seal for a living and bring their own equipment. One business quotes the job, answers the phone and stands behind the price. We would rather say that plainly than dress it up as something bigger.
A company that only sells sealer has every reason to coat a drive that really needs patching or replacing. Doing all three means the honest answer never costs us the job. Around the Triangle it also fits the work: newer driveways are mostly concrete, so the asphalt here is older drives, rural gravel drives that want paving, and lots.
Sealing is measured and priced per square foot, and that one rate covers crack filling, small patches and, on a lot, restriping. Paving and larger repairs are priced per job once the ground has been looked at. Either way you get one number in writing, and it does not change on the day unless you ask for something different. The quote is free and nobody follows up with pressure.
